The History and Mission of the High Hopes Gala
The High Hopes Gala was established in 1999 to promote
awareness and raise funds for the vital diabetes clinical care programs and
ground-breaking research initiatives at Joslin Diabetes Center.
Our goal this year is to
raise $1 million to ensure that our more than 55,000 patients world-wide have
access to the most talented diabetes specialists, the most advanced
technologies and the latest clinical approaches driven by Joslin's research
program.
Global Achievement Award
Joslin Diabetes Center is honored
to present The Honorable Representative Timothy V.
Johnson with our first-ever Global Achievement Award. This annual award
pays tribute to an individual dedicated to supporting advances in diabetes
care, research, advocacy and education.
